8.6/10 Excellent! (14 reviews)
The property is very confusing. Several hotels and rental apartments under the same address. No front desk for help. Several managers for all th rentals. Security Guards are a joke. Good for nothing. No help. Property is well located but very busy and noisy.
Quality of bed and linens very poor.
In my particular case I canceled the remaining nights and still waiting for refund.
Couldn't sleep. Mattress to hard and dirty pillows. Managers tried to help but just the same but stuff.

"The staff are amazing, but the resort is not five star. Give me three stars, maximum. The restaurant was not good. We enjoyed the time there, but we didn’t stay at the resort hardly any time"
